APPLICATION:

Pre Filters are necessary used to remove solid particulates such as dust, pollen, mold,
from the air (particle size 3,5 Fine filter ) which is harmful to human health, Working
products & machine parts. Applicable in Food industries, Laboratories, Theatres,
Mall, Hospital AHU, Clean rooms, Industrial halls, Offices in industry ,Chemical
Industries& Pharma Industries.

CONSTRUCTION:

Moc of frame: Alu. Anodised /SS /GI/CRCA Painted or Powder Coated

These Filters are available in standard or non standard sizes also with box or flange type.

The filter element is constructed from special types of Synthetic non woven needle
punched media stitched together with HDPE/ALU/GI Wire mesh and crimped to from
deep folds to ensure uniform air flow &these folds are separated by Aluminum
separator/ Aluminium Rod resulting,

Low differential air pressure
High dust retention capacity
High flow rate
Uniform distribution of air flow & longer service life
